Dr. Molina is a native Clevelander. She did her undergraduate coursework at Case Western Reserve University where she received a bachelors degree in Biochemistry and Spanish. From Cleveland, she ventured to Columbus, to the Ohio State College of Dentistry where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery with magna cum laude honors.
Dr. Molina practices exclusively in West Chester, Ohio. She is kind, gentle, compassionate, and energetic. Her focus is on comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry for all ages, including small children and those with special needs. Creating and maintaining beautiful, healthy smiles is her top priority. She is committed to continuing education and advanced technologies and takes advanced courses in cosmetic dentistry, laser dentistry, dental photography, digital imaging, oral pathology, and periodontal maintenance. Through these courses, Dr. Molina has become proficient in laser dentistry which increases patient comfort and sometimes eliminates the need for anesthesia, especially in children. Dr. Molina is also a former faculty member of the Ohio State University College of Dentistry where she was a clinical instructor for dental students.

She, her husband Desi, and their daughters Sophia, Julia and Ana reside in West Chester, Ohio.
Kelly is our office manager. She has been exposed to all aspects of dentistry including assisting, radiology and managing the front desk. She is always making sure that our patients are accommodated and pleased with their experience. Her expertise is in scheduling, verifying insurance, pre-authorizing treatment plans and patient communication. Outside the office, she spends her time with her husband and 2 children. She enjoys playing volleyball, softball and going to the movies.
A native to Cincinnati, Patty is no stranger to dentistry. She brings many years of experience as Dr. Molina's assistant. She provides care and support to the patients and takes pride in helping them maintain their healthy smile. She recently married a wonderful man, Larry, and they enjoy spending time with their family and three grandchildren. Patty and her husband also enjoy fun weekends at their lake home, boating and fishing. She enjoys traveling, gardening, and University of Kentucky basketball! She's a fanatic!
Shelly is one of our dental hygienists. She loves cleaning, flossing and polishing teeth! A graduate of Sinclair Community College, she joined our practice in 2009 and is a very positive addition to our team. Shelly enjoys spending her leisure time with her husband and daughters. She also loves museums, going to the park, and reading.
Liz is also a dental hygienist with over 20 years of hygiene experience. Most patients find her very gentle and sweet which keeps her very busy. She lives in West Chester with her husband. She is active in her church, plays bunco, and loves to travel.
Kate is the newest member to our hygiene team. She graduated from the University of Louisville in 2013 and joined our practice in 2015. She enjoys meeting new people and educating patients on their oral health. She has extensive experience working with children as she worked in a pediatric office prior to joining us. In her spare time she enjoys reading, running, going to country concerts and spending time with friends and family. Her claim to fame is being chosen to sit in the front row at a Garth Brooks concert!
Jeri is a '95 graduate of IMDT and an important member of our front desk team. She is cross-trained in all aspects of dentistry, so you may see her in the front office or assisting the doctors as needed. She enjoys attending country concerts and traveling. She has two teenage children who look just like her and a wonderful better half who spoils her rotten.
