Owner Dentist
Dr. Molina is a native Clevelander. She did her undergraduate coursework at Case Western Reserve University where she received a bachelors degree in Biochemistry and Spanish. From Cleveland, she ventured to Columbus, to the Ohio State College of Dentistry where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery with magna cum laude honors.
Dr. Molina practices exclusively in West Chester, Ohio. She is kind, gentle, compassionate, and energetic. Her focus is on comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry for all ages, including small children and those with special needs. Creating and maintaining beautiful, healthy smiles is her top priority. She is committed to continuing education and advanced technologies and takes advanced courses in cosmetic dentistry, laser dentistry, dental photography, digital imaging, oral pathology, and periodontal maintenance. Through these courses, Dr. Molina has become proficient in laser dentistry which increases patient comfort and sometimes eliminates the need for anesthesia, especially in children. Dr. Molina is also a former faculty member of the Ohio State University College of Dentistry where she was a clinical instructor for dental students.

She, her husband Desi, and their daughters Sophia, Julia and Ana reside in West Chester, Ohio.

Dr. Azer is a native of Louisville, Kentucky. Her husband is originally from Cincinnati and couldn’t stay away! She did her undergraduate coursework at the University of Kentucky where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Arabic. She went on to receive her Master’s in Health Science and Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Meharry Medical College in Nashville. She graduated top of her class clinically and with high honors. Dr. Azer continued her education by completing an Advanced Education residency in general dentistry at the VA Medical center in Dayton, OH where she also graduated top of her class.
As a child, Dr. Azer had many dental issues that resulted in several surgeries and numerous hours in the dental chair. The confidence gained from all this dental work gave Dr. Azer the desire to do the same for others and pursue a career in the dental field. Dr. Azer is very passionate about her work, creating beautiful smiles, and making sure each patient feels comfortable in the chair. She is gentle, caring, and committed to listening to the needs of her patients. She is very proficient in dental anesthesia, restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, and dental extractions.
Dr. Azer is an active member of the National Dental Society, American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, Dayton Dental Society, and the Cincinnati Dental Society. She is diligent in keeping up to date on dental technologies through continuing education courses and group affiliations. When she is not in the dental office, Dr. Azer and her Husband enjoy traveling, hiking, cooking, playing tennis (pretty much anything active), and spending time with family.

Office Manager
Kelly is our office manager. She has been exposed to all aspects of dentistry including assisting, radiology and managing the front desk. She is always making sure that our patients are accommodated and pleased with their experience. Her expertise is in scheduling, verifying insurance, pre-authorizing treatment plans and patient communication. Outside the office, she spends her time with her husband and 2 children. She enjoys playing volleyball, softball and going to the movies.

Adrian is the newest member of our team. As a recent graduate, she was at the top of her class and is excited to further her career. She provides care and support to the patients and takes pride in helping them maintain their healthy smile. In her free time she loves spending time with her son Wyatt.

Laura brings many attributes to our team. While she is new to the field of dentistry, she was a previous nanny and has many years of customer service experience. She is fantastic at anticipating the patients wants and needs and she is great with children. In her free time she enjoys going to the gym, kayaking and spending time with friends and family.

Shelly is one of our dental hygienists. She loves cleaning, flossing and polishing teeth! A graduate of Sinclair Community College, she joined our practice in 2009 and is a very positive addition to our team. Shelly enjoys spending her leisure time with her husband and daughters. She also loves museums, going to the park, and reading.

Liz is also a dental hygienist with over 20 years of hygiene experience. Most patients find her very gentle and sweet which keeps her very busy. She lives in West Chester with her husband. She is active in her church, plays bunco, and loves to travel.

Kate is the newest member to our hygiene team. She graduated from the University of Louisville in 2013 and joined our practice in 2015. She enjoys meeting new people and educating patients on their oral health. She has extensive experience working with children as she worked in a pediatric office prior to joining us. In her spare time she enjoys reading, running, going to country concerts and spending time with friends and family. Her claim to fame is being chosen to sit in the front row at a Garth Brooks concert!
