  • Rebecca Molina

    OWNER DENTIST

    Dr. Rebecca Molina is a native of Cleveland. She did her undergraduate coursework at Case Western Reserve University where she received a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Spanish. From Cleveland, she ventured to Columbus, to the Ohio State College of Dentistry where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery with magna cum laude honors.

    Dr. Molina is the owner of Molina Dentistry and practices exclusively in West Chester, Ohio. She is kind, gentle, compassionate, and energetic. Her focus is on comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry for all ages, including small children and those with special needs. Creating and maintaining beautiful, healthy smiles is her top priority. She is committed to continuing education and advanced technologies and takes advanced courses in cosmetic dentistry, laser dentistry, dental photography, digital imaging, oral pathology, and periodontal maintenance. When Dr. Molina is not doing dentistry, she is enjoying her time with her husband, Desi, and their three daughters.

  • Mirna Azer

    ASSOCIATE DENTIST

    Dr. Azer is a native of Louisville, Kentucky. She did her undergraduate coursework at the University of Kentucky where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Arabic. She went on to receive her Master’s in Health Science and graduated top of her class with her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Meharry Medical College in Nashville. Dr. Azer continued her education by completing an Advanced Education residency in general dentistry. She now serves as a supervising attending teaching residents at the AEGD program at the Dayton VA.

    Dr. Azer is very passionate about staying up to date on the newest dental research, creating beautiful smiles and making sure each patient feels comfortable in the chair. She is gentle, caring, and committed to listening to the needs of her patients. She is very proficient in dental anesthesia, restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, and dental extractions. When she is not doing dentistry, she is spending time with her husband and daughter.

Office Manager

Kelly

Kelly has been exposed to all aspects of dentistry including assisting, radiology and managing the front desk. She works hard in making sure that our patients are accommodated and pleased with their experience. She has extensive expertise in scheduling, verifying insurance, pre-authorizing treatment plans and patient communication. Outside the office, she enjoys playing volleyball, softball and going to the movies.

Hygienist

Liz 

Liz has been a dental hygienist for over 30 years. Patients find her very gentle and sweet. She is an active member of her church, enjoys staying busy, playing bunco, traveling, and spending time with her husband and grown children. Liz looks forward to catching up with her long-term patients and prides herself in making sure their teeth feel squeaky clean!

Shelly

Hygienist

Shelly is a graduate of Sinclair Community College, she has more than fifteen years of experience in oral hygiene. Shelly is kind and caring; her patients enjoy her enthusiasm. Shelly enjoys spending her leisure time with her husband, daughters, and her two beloved labradoodles. She also loves museums, spending time outside, and reading.

Kate is from Hamilton and graduated from the University of Louisville. She enjoys meeting new people and educating patients on their oral health. She has extensive experience working with children as she worked in a pediatric office prior to joining our office. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and young son, reading, running, and going to country concerts.

Hygienist

Amanda is originally from Indiana. She was born in a dental family as her father was a dentist Amanda has always loved dentistry and received her hygiene degree from Indiana University. She takes pride in being gentle and is a wonderful source of knowledge to her patients. When she is not in the dental office, she loves spending time with her young son, reading, and traveling.

Assistant

Adrian

Adrian graduated top of her class. She is excellent at providing care and support to her patients and takes pride in helping them maintain healthy smiles. Adrian is ambitious and is always working on advancing her dental knowledge. In her free time, she loves traveling and spending time with her son, Wyatt.

Candace

Assistant

Candace is from Indiana and is the newest member of our team, but she is not new to dentistry. With over 15 years of experience, she is extremely knowledgeable about all facets of dentistry. Candace is kind and able to calm even the most nervous patients with her sense of humor. When Candace is not making our patients laugh, she is spending time with her husband, her family and her beloved doxins.
