  • Rebecca Molina

    OWNER DENTIST

    Dr. Rebecca Molina is a native of Cleveland. She did her undergraduate coursework at Case Western Reserve University where she received a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Spanish. From Cleveland, she ventured to Columbus, to the Ohio State College of Dentistry where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery with magna cum laude honors.

    Dr. Molina is the owner of Molina Dentistry and practices exclusively in West Chester, Ohio. She is kind, gentle, compassionate, and energetic. Her focus is on comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry for all ages, including small children and those with special needs. Creating and maintaining beautiful, healthy smiles is her top priority. She is committed to continuing education and advanced technologies and takes advanced courses in cosmetic dentistry, laser dentistry, dental photography, digital imaging, oral pathology, and periodontal maintenance. When Dr. Molina is not doing dentistry, she is enjoying her time with her husband, Desi, and their three daughters.

  • Dr. Paxton Hollon

    ASSOCIATE DENTIST

    Dr. Paxton Hollon is a compassionate and skilled dentist who graduated with Magna Cum Laude Honors from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at UC Health. With a strong foundation in comprehensive dental care and hands-on experience, Dr. Hollon is dedicated to helping patients achieve their oral health goals through personalized, patient-centered care.

    In her free time, Dr. Hollon enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Harrison, and their dog, Archie. She loves exploring Cincinnati, traveling, and spending time outdoors!

Office Manager

Kelly

Kelly has been exposed to all aspects of dentistry including assisting, radiology and managing the front desk. She works hard in making sure that our patients are accommodated and pleased with their experience. She has extensive expertise in scheduling, verifying insurance, pre-authorizing treatment plans and patient communication. Outside the office, she enjoys playing volleyball, softball and going to the movies.

Shelly

Hygienist

Shelly is a graduate of Sinclair Community College, she has more than fifteen years of experience in oral hygiene. Shelly is kind and caring; her patients enjoy her enthusiasm. Shelly enjoys spending her leisure time with her husband, daughters, and her two beloved labradoodles. She also loves museums, spending time outside, and reading.

Laney graduated top in her class at UCBA and just earned her Bachelor’s degree at NKU. She loves the connections she builds with her patients and strives to make each and every appointment as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. She takes pride in her gentleness and hopes that every patient leaves her chair feeling more confident with their smile than ever. In her free time she enjoys taking pilates classes, going to country concerts and spending time with family and friends.

Candace

Candace is from Indiana and is the newest member of our team, but she is not new to dentistry. With over 15 years of experience, she is extremely knowledgeable about all facets of dentistry. Candace is kind and able to calm even the most nervous patients with her sense of humor. When Candace is not making our patients laugh, she is spending time with her husband, her family and her beloved doxins.

Assistant

Adrian graduated top of her class. She is excellent at providing care and support to her patients and takes pride in helping them maintain healthy smiles. Adrian is ambitious and is always working on advancing her dental knowledge. In her free time, she loves traveling and spending time with her son, Wyatt.
